USU vs BYU Basketball Game

So in 11-11-11 (last Friday) USU played BYU in basketball and so a big group of us went to it. It was a lot of fun and we totally won. It was a really good game.

People had been camping out for this game starting the Tuesday night before, but we just went and waited in line all day. I actually went to my classes (except the one that was during the game) but some of the people I went with missed some classes so that they could go and sit in line starting at like 7:00 that morning. It was great to spend time with a bunch of friends.

I just wanted to take a minuet to let my family know how much this gospel means to me. I love my Heavenly Father and my Savior so much and I know that they are always there for you! They never forget you. Heavenly Father wants to help you with all your goals and needs, but you need to ask him and be patient because it will be in him own time. The Holy Ghost is the greatest comforter there is. I love this gospel with all my heart and I know that it is true!

Pumpkin Walk

So one Tuesday night I went on a double date to the pumpkin walk. It was where people had taken pumpkins and made different scenes with them. They had the Despicable me stuff and whinny the pooh. They had Calvin and Hobs, and tons of other scenes. Sorry the pictures aren't that great.

Airplane Ride

So today Aaron Fox Showed up and took me on an Airplane ride. He is gonna come to Logan and do flight school next semester so he was here to check out the program and see if it is really what he wants to do. He even got to fly the plane for a while. These first picture are ones that I tool from the plane. They aren't the best quality because I took them with my phone because I didn't know I would be needing my camera today. He just called and asked me if I wanted to go when I was on the way to my institute class and picked me up.... I don't usually have my camera with me when I go to class. It was so much fun and I hope you like the pictures!

This is the plane we went up in... pretty sweet huh?! There are just 4 seats in it and we had the headphones on just like they do in the movies... random comment, but I had never really thought about it.

Fun at USU

It has been pretty fun so far this fall, I have done some fun things!

This is a group of us at a haunted forest. I don't know all of the people in this photo because some of them I met that night, but I will try to get the names right. Right to Left: Andrew, Kyrsten, Ryan, ME, Kim, Kevin, Tara, Mike, Betsy, and Jake...

This is at one of the football games... me and Betsy are painting Jake's face in this picture...

This is also at that same game... Kyrsten, Tara, Kim, and ME. Our team is not that bad, but we have this nasty habit of taking the good lead we have and then blowing it in the last two min....

So on Monday night there was a paint dance! It was so much fun! They at this watered down florescent paint that glowed in black light and then they had people who were spraying it every where using those water squirt-er-things.... the ones we attacked Grumpy with that one time, but much bigger. Then they also had gallon cans of just the paint you would use to paint your house being passed around the mosh pit. I had so much paint on me because Mike attacked me with it...(he isn't in this picture cuz he stayed longer then us)

This picture was just taken randomly after the other one... apparently we were being gangster... but that didn't work so well...

This is me and Tara's butts... she was so proud of how much paint she had on her butt... I had quite a bit on the back of my shirt, but more on the front of my pants and feet...

These are my feet.... if you couldn't tell... they were supper blue cuz I didn't wear shoes to the dance and then we found blue paint and were stepping in and then putting foot prints all over people! :) They were pretty dirty but that was also from walking home from the dance...

It was so much fun!!!! Here is an idea for the next family reunion! ;) haha

Good Times!

This is a group of us at Stake FHE! We had just had an entertaining game of where's Tara... similar to where's Waldo, but requires more energy.

This is Brianna, me, and Betsy at FHE, we just had Tara's camera and decided to take random pictures with it.

This is a big group of us at peach days, we were waiting for the parade to start! I was watching the dog :) I miss Trixy so much!!!

So we found the coolest park ever!!! well there is one like it in Manti, but the coolest one here! We were standing on this giant circle that was slanted and as we would walk around the edges it would spin! It was so much fun despite the fact that it hurts when you fall of it. Totally worth it!!!

Windcaves

So on Labor Day me and some of my roommates decided to go and hike to the wind caves. It was a bit harder then we expected, but it was pretty awesome!

This is me, Kyrsten, and Camille. We were just under this little overhang and a resting place on the way up.

This is me, Camille, Kim, and Hailey. This was about a 3rd of the way up I think.... we just thought that it was a great view.

This one is at the Wind caves and it is Kyrsten, Kim, Camille, me, And Hailey. This is all of us that went, Tara went home to go visit an old friend and didn't get back till about the same time that we got back from the hike. It was really fun and I hope that I get to go hiking again soon.

The Apartment

So Heidi requested that I put some pictures on here of the rest of my room and of my apartment... so here they are, sorry it took me awhile to get them on here, I have just been a little busy.

My Room in Old Farm Apartment J1

This is my roommate Tara (she trying to hide from the camera but not doing it to well if I do say so myself), she is really cool and we get along really well. I was kinda nervous this time about not knowing anyone, but I am really glad I did come up not knowing anyone because I got Tara as a roommate and she is great and has introduced me to a lot of people already. :)

This is my bed and my awesome bed spread! It is pretty much amazing... AND CLEAN!!!!!
So this is my room (and Tara's foot). The bed skirt makes my bed look a lot more stable then Tara's :) but it really isn't as bad as it looks.
